Day 1)


Depart from home country

Arrive in Cairo and transfer to hotel

Day 3)


We start our pilgrimage with a visit to the historic OLD CAIRO and its Church of St Serguis, where The Holy Family hid during their flight to Egypt. After this, we will visit the Hanging church. After a hearty lunch, we will visit the Museum

Day 4)


First, we will visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx, a location no trip to Egypt would be complete without seeing. Experience the unforgettable joy of riding a Camel by the Pyramids, then drive to our second pilgrimage site in the WADI EL-NATROUN (Natroun Valley) the place where monastic life originated and where the holy family sought refuge in what used to be wilderness. We will visit the monastery of St Bishoy, one of many in the region, where the late Pope of the Coptic Orthodox Church’s remains lay. We will also see the relics of St Mark, often referred to as the “father of Monastic life”. This is where we can meet with Coptic Monks
Have lunch en-route to Alexandria on the Mediterranean Sea to visit the Capital of Egypt for almost one Millennium. This city holds the official seat of the Coptic Orthodox Pope. Once we are there, we will rest at the hotel

Day 5)


Visit the high lights of Alexandria, The Catacombs, the Roman Amphitheatre and the synonymous Library of Alexandria. After Lunch we will visit the Cathedral of St Mark (the Patron Saint of the Coptic Orthodox Church) where some of his relics are kept. “His main body was smuggled by Venetian Priests and now it is kept in the St Marco in Venice”. The rest of the day is free.

Day 6)


Today we will take a train to Cairo and join our bus To Drive to St Catherine Monastery. After this visit, our pilgrimage will seek to emulate the route of the Exodus across mainland Egypt to the Peninsula of Sinai; a route believed to be the same route that Sons of Israel took in their Exodus from Egypt.
We will have some rest room stops en-route and we will get a chance to see the site of the springs that came out of the desert for the Sons of Israel. Then, we will drive by the area of FARAN where they received the manna and quail.
Our trip ends at the Monastery of St Catherine (Greek Orthodox), where the BURNING BUSH at the bottom of Mt Sinai is located. This will be topped off with Dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 7)


After Breakfast we will get to visit of the 5th Century Church of St Catherine, built at the site of the Burning Bush then a chance to ascend Mt Sinai where Moses is believed to have received the TEN COMMANDMENTS. After this and lunch, we will drive back to Cairo for the night.

Day 8)


fly to Luxor and visit the Karnak Temple on arrival. Karnak Temple is the oldest Pilgrimage site in ancient history. After the visit, we will check in to our Nile Cruise Ship where we will spend 4 nights. Later on, there will be a Twilight Visit to the gorgeous Temple of Luxor followed by a service at the Catholic Church of Luxor to end the day.

Day 9)


We will visit the Valley of Kings, where the great Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt were buried. We will then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut known to be the first ruling powerful woman in history, on the West Bank of the Nile. After this, we will return to the cruise for Lunch and start sailing towards Edfu.

Day 10)


We will start the day with a visit one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, Edfu. this is the temple of the Falcon God Horus and we will get there through a more traditional means of transport; the Horse & Carriage. Later on, we will visit the temple of Kom-Ombo, the temple of Horus the Falcon and Sobek the crocodile. Finally, we will visit the Crocodile Museum

Day 11)


Optional Excursion to the great temples of Abu-Simbel. Abu-Simbel is one of the greatest temples of the ancient Egyptian times hewn into the mother rock.

Day 12)


We will depart the Cruise ship and visit the Temple of Philae. Later on, we will meet with our Fellow Nubians for our Late Lunch/Early Dinner with them on their Nubian Nile Island

. Day 13)


We will fly Back to Cairo and visit the famous Grand Bazaar of Egypt, Khan El-khalili, and stoll through the Islamic Quarter and then this night the experience in Egypt will come to a close with our farewell Dinner.

Day 14)
